NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (NHS Arden and GEM CSU / AGCSU) on behalf of NHS Herts Valleys Clinical Commissioning Group (HVCCG) and NHS East and North Hertfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group (ENHCCG) ("The Commissioners") are inviting suitably qualified Providers to deliver Wheelchair Services for the registered populations of HVCCG and ENHCCG. Noting that the Commissioners will develop and evolve in to being members of the anticipated Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care System (ICS) throughout the lifetime of the mobilisation period and contract.

Service(s) start date: 01/10/2022.

The contract will be for a period of Five (5) years with an option to extend for up to Two (2) years at the discretion of the Commissioner(s).

Qualification = Qualification questions, scored as Pass / Fail

Quality (including Social Value) = Technical questions scored, weighted at 80%

Price / Commercial = Financial Model Template (FMT) and Bid Price weighted at at 20%.
