two.2.4) Description of the procurement

The contracting authority wishes to engage with providers of extra care services, in order to provide an update on its intentions for this provision and to gain an understanding and insight of this market. These workshops will provide commissioners with an initial overview of the type, and characteristics of organisations who currently provide extra care services. .

We would like to hear from any organisations who are currently providing these services to further understand:

• Size of market

• Types of service providers

• Potential challenges, issues and/or risks and

• Identify gaps

Interested provider organisations are asked to confirm their attendance by completing the form attached to this notice and submitting it via the messaging service in the ProContract portal. If you have any clarification questions regarding the event please notify the Project Team via the ProContract portal.

Two workshop events will take place virtually on Microsoft Teams:

Tuesday 16th November 2021, 14:00-16:00pm

Thursday 18th November 2021, 15:00-17:00pm

A link to the chosen event will be sent to all providers who have submitted an attendance form 48 hours before the event.

Please note that the content of both workshops will be the same.
