This award has been approved for reasons of extreme urgency brought about by events unforeseeable by the contracting authority in line with Regulation 33(1)(b) of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015

DXC are a ServiceNow global strategic partner and have worked with NSS to support the implementation of ServiceNow, as well subsequently developing the Care Home portal as part of the response to Covid-19 and therefore have strong knowledge of the NSS ServiceNow platform. They have the resource available immediately to be able to meet the tight timescales for this critical piece of demand.
