Scope

Description

The Authority has a legal duty to assess and control the risk of exposure to legionella bacteria. To manage and mitigate the risk of legionella disease, the Authority appoints multiple service providers to provide annual risk assessments and monthly water temperature monitoring duties. Procurement will be undertaking a competitive procedures in compliance with the Procurement Act 2023 to establish new contracts for the provision of legionella risk assessment and water temperature monitoring.

  • £5,760,000 including VAT
