Spelthorne Borough Council (“the Authority”) is seeking to appoint suitably qualified Contractors for the provision of high quality and cost-effective Works required by residents under the Disabled Facilities Grant(“DFG”) initiative.

The Authority is conducting this procurement process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (“the Regulations”) as amended.

The Authority will use a Dynamic Purchasing System (“the DPS”) as the vehicle from which Contractors will be selected – via Works Order call offs - to undertake a wide range of Works.
