The Growing Occupational Health (OH) and Wellbeing NENC service focuses on accomplishing a culture of wellness for approximately 23,000 NHS staff in the North East of England through collaborating together across three Trusts to provide one world-class occupational health and wellbeing service. The service involves:

North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust

A single digital system is required to provide a high-quality, collaborative occupational health and wellbeing service for the workforce of the participating NHS organisations with the potential to include other NHS Trusts within the ICS

The Contracting Authority is seeking a single digital service which is cloud-based and has been designed for use by occupational health and wellbeing services. This includes functionality to include pre-employment checks, health surveillance, immunisation and vaccination, management referrals, self-referral, physiotherapy, management of needlestick injuries, psychological support and wellbeing checks. The system must be able to provide detailed reports on the metrics of each of these services.
