Brighton and Hove City Council is seeking to commission a service that delivers a Family Link Plus, Contract Carers and Home and Community Support Service in the Brighton and Hove city area. The Home and Community Support Service is being procured on behalf of NHS Sussex.The Service has three main service categories, summarised as follows: 1) Family link plus (which will deliver the following):- Full-time foster placements.- Overnight short breaks.- Day Support. 2) Contract Carer (which will deliver the following):- Overnight breaks for Service Users.3) Home and Community Support Service (which will deliver the following):- Support to children and young people in their own home and/or taking them out in the community (befriending).- Support siblings of children and young people with disabilities, when relevant.Full details of the contract and services required for this provision and how to apply are included within the tender documentation.
