Salford City Council (SCC, or the Client) have secured planning consent for “development of a 1.9 MWp solar farm comprising ground-mounted Solar PV Array and all associated works and necessary infrastructure” at the “Site to The West Of Kenyon Way” in Little Hulton, Lancashire. The Site is approximately 1km southwest of the centre of Little Hulton, and approximately 13.5 km northwest of the city of Manchester.

The Client wishes to appoint an ICP Contractor (the Contractor) to carry out the contestable grid connection for the Little Hulton Solar Park (the ICP works). The scope of works is defined in the connection offer provided by Electricity North West (ENW)
