The scope of this exercise is to commission:• The development of the tool, including co-production and cognitive testing with service users; and,• The clinical validation and evaluation of this tool, working with Early Implementer and Fast Follower Systems (subject to individual agreement). Bidders must work with service users and medical professionals in the development of the toolTo support the national rollout of Perinatal Pelvic Health Services this work should be completed ideally by March 2023, and certainly by March 2024.Expected key milestones:• Completion of tool development phase• Commencement of testing with Early Implementer and Fast Follower Systems• Completion of clinical validation and evaluation• Publication (project completion)The proposed work must commence as soon as contracts have been signed and exchanged. The provider will be expected to mobilise rapidly, taking steps to ensure that they are able to deliver the tool as outlined, on time and to a high standard.
