two.1.4) Short description

Suffolk County Council is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement to provide Domestic Abuse Accommodation Support. This procurement is for services listed within schedule 3 of The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and as a result are subject to the Light Touch Regime under those regulations. Therefore, the Council is not obliged to comply with the full requirements of the 2015 Regulations, however the principles will be applied. The framework will be for a duration of 3 years commencing 1st April 2023 with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years. The anticipated total value of the framework (including the extension period) is approximately £375,000. The framework will consist of 5 lots. The submission deadline is 8th November 2022 at 12noon.
