Explanation:
Duodote autoinjectors are the only products available on the market which have been trialled and established by the ambulance service and Meridian Medical Technologies have exclusive rights to manufacture and supply this product, therefore using the negotiated procedure without prior publication is justified under Regulation 32(2)(b)(iii) PCR 2015 as amended.
