The intention is to award a four year Framework Agreement with each Customer committing to a seven year fixed call-off contract, effective from the point of each new Customer joining the Framework Agreement.

BlueLight Commercial will act as the Contracting Authority on behalf of Police Forces in England & Wales, affiliated Fire and Rescue Services and associated partners. Please see "ITT Appendix 1 - Participants and Management Information" for list of framework participants
