two.2.4) Description of the procurement
NHs Norfolk and Waveney Clinical Commissioning group is re-commissioning the lymphoedema service across the central locality of Norfolk (North Norfolk, Norwich and South Norfolk). There is the potential to re-procure the Services across other localities during the term of the contract (at present the proposed term is 4 years with the option to extend for another 2 years).
The CCG has arranged a market engagement event for Wednesday 10th November 2021 at 10am to 4.30pm. The event will take place online.
There will be a briefing to all parties from 10am to 10.30am. Subsequent to that there will be individual sessions available (10.30am to 4.30 pm) for 30 minutes each and designed to provide an opportunity for suppliers to engage with the CCG about the service pathway.
To attend this event, please register by email the address in I.1 above prior to 5pm on Monday 8th November 2021. Places are limited to 2 attendees per supplier.
The CCG reserves the right to collate and distribute after the event to all suppliers, those non-confidential questions raised and CCG responses provided during the event. The CCG may group questions and responses into common themes, rather than publish each individual question/response.
