Bishop Grosseteste University is undertaking this SmT for a cloud-hosted Virtual Learning Environment Solution. The existing system is due to expire March 2023 and we are interested to hear from potential providers about what solutions are available. This gives potential providers the opportunity to express their interests and help identify the solutions available.
This process does not constitute a formal tender or competitive bidding process and will not result in the letting of a Contract. The Council is undertaking this process solely to test the market to gather information and ascertain the level of interest in this requirement. It is anticipated that tenders for this opportunity will be sought in March 2022-July 2022 to enable a new contract to begin from September 2022. The system will be required to be up and running by March 2023 with the expectation that an implementation period will take place between September 2022 and March 2023.
