NHS Highland wishes to contract with an organisation to provide environmental

aids and equipment to support the independence, safety and wellbeing for individuals with hearing loss

across Highland. The aim is to support with the repairs of equipment provided, recycling or returned

equipment that is no longer functional, and to provide advice and training to deaf support staff in the

use, function and suitability of specialist aids and equipment for individuals with hearing loss.
