NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU)on behalf of Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Integrated Care Board (ICB) (The Commissioner) would like to notify the market of an opportunity to provide Alternative Primary Medical Services under an APMS Contract at Priors Fields Surgery in Sutton.

The service commencement date is 1st April 2025.

The contract will be for a duration of 10 years with the option to extend for up to a further 5 years with a minimum value of £137.50 per weighted patient.

Please note the deadline for responses to the ITT is 12:00PM (Mid-Day) on 20th September 2024.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

Priors Fields Surgery is currently being delivered via a caretaker contract following termination of a GMS Contract in March 2023. The caretaker contract will cease on 31st March 2025.

The surgery has a raw patient list size of 5227 (weighted 4, 995) as of July 2024.

The objective of the competitive process is to procure a provider to deliver general medical services from Priors Field Surgery for the registered patient population. The new provider must be willing to work with the ICB to evolve and implement health optimisation models which support sustainability, patient access and experience and reduce health inequalities.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the HealthCare Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.
