The Office for Students (OfS) require a complete Hard FM Service to provide and maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all OfS staff and visitors at our Bristol Offices - BS32 0BR.
We require Preventative, Cyclical and Reactive Maintenance to ensure that the offices provide full operational functionality at all times and to ensure that the OfS Assets’ conditions remain commensurate with age and life cycle replacement date.
The contract also includes but is not limited to:

Water Hygiene
Barrier Maintenance
Fire Protection
Ventilation maintenance
