two.2.4) Description of the procurement

We are currently engaged in re-procuring our reactive maintenance/repairs contracts . Planned maintenance/repairs are not in scope for this procurement. We believe the scope of the services/minor works will concern: electrical, general/building, mechanical and potentially lifts. We are currently designing the services and have not yet determined whether the services will be combined into one contract or lotted or a mix.

To maximise accessibility to all organisations, it is critical to understand the market's capacity and, as such, we have developed an extremely brief survey which focusses primarily on what organisations are capable of delivering. The survey link can be found here: https://forms.office.com/e/vsrGsSB2xR. We really value your insights and are extremely enthusiastic about making this procurement as accessible as possible, to larger and smaller organisations alike. None of the questions are mandatory (save for the organisation name) and you can provide as little or as much information as you wish.

The deadline for submissions is 04/09 by 1pm; however, any responses that can be submitted sooner would be appreciated. If you have any questions, or would like to provide additional information, please e-mail me directly (joey.stanford@RBWM.gov.uk).
