This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) to provide awareness of an upcoming framework tender for Aluminium Windows and Doors.

The A8 framework will be the successor to LHC's previously successful Framework (A7).

The framework is designed to provide aluminium windows, doors, and curtain walling products via a complete survey and installation service. It will be available to all local authorities, housing associations and other public bodies.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

The new Aluminium Windows and Doors Framework will be the successor to LHC's current Aluminium Windows and Doors Framework (A7) which expires May 2024. The future framework will be designed to support clients with the design, supply and installation of aluminium windows, doors, and curtain walling for all types of public sector refurbishment and new build projects.

The option for supply and delivery or supply only, can be built into the specification as well as repars without additional lots.

Please note the above represents LHC's initial thoughts but will be refined following market consultation and therefore may not represent the lot structure in the final tender issued.
