On behalf of Norfolk's County Community Safety Partnership (NCCSP) the Chair, Mark Stokes, is inviting applications from accredited Independent Domestic Homicide Review (DHR) Chair’s to manage and coordinate the DHR review process of a recent domestic homicide in Norfolk. This chair will be responsible for producing the final overall report based on the findings from the review panel. Appointment of the DHR Chair will be in accordance with Section 4 of the Home Office Multi Agency Statutory Guidance for the Conduct of Domestic Homicide Reviews, Dec 16.
