NWUPC are undertaking market engagement for the renewal of the NWUPC Residential Textiles, Student Starter Packs and Window Coverings Agreement.
The current framework agreement is split into 5 lots as lots as follows:
Lot 1: Bedding & Bathroom Textile and Associated Student Accommodation Products
Lot 2: Kitchen Starter Packs and Associated Kitchenware
Lot 3: Window Coverings Scotland
Lot 4: Window Coverings Northern Ireland
Lot 5: Window Coverings England and Wales
NWUPC are seeking the input of the market on several areas related to Lot 1 to 5, to help inform the structure and scope of requirements of this element of the Framework.
Additionally, we are looking into the possibility of adding new lots covering Linen and Laundry services to our HE members.

The North Western Universities Purchasing Consortium (NWUPC) is a not for profit
organisation owned by its full members consisting of 24 UK Universities. NWUPC set up and
manage Framework Agreements which are established to ensure compliance with the Public
Contract Regulations. NWUPC are conducting market engagement for the establishment of
a Framework Agreement for Residential Textiles, Student Start Packs and Window Coverings (and potentially Linen and Laundry Services) for members of NWUPC, APUC, CPC, HEPCW,
