BlueLight Commercial Market Engagement Event - Software for Specialist Police Competencies and Assets Monday 23rd September 2024 – Held Virtually on Microsoft Teams - 11am-1pm BlueLight Commercial are issuing this Prior Information Notice (PIN) as an invitation to our Market Engagement Event to gather market intelligence/information and to gain a better understanding of the capacity of the market for Specialist Police Competencies and Assets Software to be used in policing across all forces in the United Kingdom. This software will be used by forces to assist in the management of training records and tracking of assets. BlueLight Commercial are holding a workshop to engage with software suppliers and the associated supply chain who can supply this software within the Policing Market. The event will also include some of our colleagues and is suitable for any supplier working specifically with Specialist Police Competencies and Assets software either directly or as part of the supply chain. During the event we will look to cover:- Understanding the supply chain and any barriers we can / cannot look to overcome- What we/you would like the future to look like for Specialist Police Competencies and Assets Software and the Policing Sector- Discuss potential future commercial activity within the Specialist Police Competencies and Assets Software arena and the supply chain and how we can improve/shape any future competition(s)- Examine the potential of software advancements in system development/capabilities- Any specific topics of concern / conversation The event will be limited to 2 people per organisation.
