two.2.4) Description of the procurement

Programme of retrofit installation works to improve the energy efficiency of 107 privately owned domestic properties located within multiple districts of Nottinghamshire.

The first aim for each property will be to lower the heat load by installing insulation measures, mainly EWI but other options will be needed to meet the needs of different properties.

A portion of these properties that are suitable will also receive an Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) where funding allows.

Additional measures will be installed where these are deemed to be appropriate, such as loft insulation, draft proofing, room in a roof insulation. Solar PV is an option where insulation and heating are already covered, or where funding restrictions make this the only option
