Engagement process description

The Council are interested in understanding the market, and whether suppliers can supply all (our preferred option), or one of the components we are looking to replace. We are not averse to using different solutions for each of these channels. As a principle the Council is embracing digitalisation moving towards streamlining, automation and channel adoption, with customer self-service at every opportunity.

The Council have formed several specific questions, and are seeking your views on how we can achieve best value in respect of these delivered as a commercially off the shelf solution (COTS) . The questions are located in the PME published document.

In responding, you should understand that detailed and lengthy submissions are not necessary at this stage. Nonetheless, we welcome any pertinent information on your company's capability and views on an approach to the provision of the required services.
