1 Accreditation

1.1 The Successful Tenderer shall be accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

1.2 In addition to BACP accreditation, the Successful Tenderer organisation and Successful Tenderer Personnel shall hold accreditation from one or more of the following recognised bodies:

- British Psychological Society.

- British Confederation of Psychotherapists;

- British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Therapies (BABCP);

- UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP);

- Health and Care Professions Councils (HCPC)

- EMDRIA

- General Medical Council (GMC)

- COSCA (Counselling and Psychotherapy in Scotland

1.3 In addition to accreditation, the Successful Tenderer Personnel shall adhere to the Code of Ethics of BACP.
