Scope

Description

Harrogate Healthcare Facilities Management T/A Integrated Facilities are a wholly owned subsidiary of Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust. This UK01 Pipeline Notice is being published on behalf of Harrogate Integrated Facilities. This procurement is dependent upon Business Case outcome / funding. The procurement route is likely to be via NHS SBS, NOECPC, Pagabo, Procure23 Frameworks. This procurement supports the organisation's strategic objective of maintaining a safe and compliant healthcare environment by addressing identified fire safety risks. The works involve remedial actions to resolve fire backlog maintenance issues, including upgrades to fire doors, compartmentation and fire detection systems across priority areas of the estate. Contributes directly to ensuring the Trust's compliance with statutory fire safety regulations and improving resilience across clinical and non-clinical areas.
