The Association of North East Councils Trading as the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) is seeking to establish a multi- supplier Framework Agreement for the Managed Remarketing of Vehicles & Plant for use by contracting authorities throughout the United Kingdom.
NEPO intends to publish an Invitation to Tender via the Open eTendering system. NEPO are using an Open Procedure for the procurement of this Framework Agreement for the Managed Remarketing of Vehicles and Plant.
NEPO seeks to establish a full remarketing service, managed by the Supplier. The main aim is to achieve the optimum return on residual value of vehicles and plant being disposed of, maximising the income returned to Contracting Authorities. The service will include the collection, preparation for sale, storage, remarketing and sale of vehicles & plant with the return of sale proceeds transacted to Contracting Authorities, following the sale.
