The purpose of this market engagement event is to gather market intelligence from organisations that can deliver training for specific Rail Skill areas to Network Rail employees in the areas listed, and to seek feedback on how best to structure the Framework, tender and potential call-offs to meet both the market's capability and Network Rail's requirements.
This is an opportunity for suppliers to feedback to Network Rail. Network Rail is seeking to put in place a framework for the delivery of Rail Skills training.
Rail skills are those required to enable our staff to work on and around Network Rail's live infrastructure. Network Rail is seeking to put in place a framework for the delivery of Rail Skills training. Rail skills are those required to enable our staff to work on and around Network Rail's live infrastructure.
We envisage that the Contract could be split into a variety of Lots by specific skill set and may be awarded to multiple suppliers per Lot or just one Master Vendor.
The types of training envisaged to be included in the Framework are likely to fall into 7 areas.
