This Framework will be an agreement with a single primary Supplier, to establish the

terms governing contracts to be awarded during a given period.

Services may be requested under the Framework Agreement as and when required,

according to needs of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP).

Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP) will call off services from the

Supplier as laid out under the terms and conditions of this Framework Agreement.

according to needs of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP).

Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP) will call off services from the

Supplier as laid out under the terms and conditions of this Framework Agreement.

For the full period of the Framework the Service Provider will be required to provide the

complete range of vehicles as in Appendix 1A. Vehicles must be made available in

sufficient volume to meet the requirements of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole

Council (BCP).
