Falkirk Council wishes to enter into a framework agreement with a suitably qualified provider for the supply, delivery, installation, and maintenance of vending machines to Falkirk Council venues. The Council requires a vending machine provision which is fully managed and includes Royalty Paybacks as a percentage of overall spend. There are 30 vending machines which are currently rented, leased, or provided free on loan which are required to be replaced. This will include but is not limited to the supply of vending machines required, restocking of the vending machines up to 5 days out of 7 per week, (including weekends), and an annual fully comprehensive maintenance service.
