NHS Lanarkshire, on behalf of the South Lanarkshire Alcohol & Drug Partnership wish to commission an organisation or organisations who will work alongside South Lanarkshire ADP, as the lead provider(s) in establishing:

a) a service that provides both a peer led assertive outreach model that will proactively identify and assist people, particularly those with protected characteristics, to engage in treatment services employing an open door approach;

b) in addition the development of a pathway(s) that allows the seamless provision of treatment for the individual, influencing their road to recovery, employing a rights based and person centred approach.
