This exercise is being carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioner.

NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board (BNSSG ICB) are seeking to secure prime provider(s) with the capability and capacity to deliver an APMS service at (1) Charlotte Keel Medical Practice and/or (2) Graham Road Surgery and Horizon Health Centre, in line with the specified requirements.
The contract duration for each contract is 15 years, service commencement date 1st July 2025 for Lot 1 - Bristol (Charlotte Keel Medical Practice) and 1st June 2025 for Lot 2 - Weston Super Mare (Graham Road Surgery and Horizon Health Centre).
TUPE will apply to the transfer of the Contract from the incumbent provider to the incoming provider and this information will be supplied to Bidders on request.
Total Value of the contract is £54 million (excluding VAT) for Lot 1 - Bristol (Charlotte Keel Medical Practice) and £51 million (excluding VAT) for Lot 2 - Weston Super Mare (Graham Road Surgery and Horizon Health Centre).
