The Council is seeking to procure an experienced and qualified operator to manage the Sheffield City Hall.

This is an exciting opportunity for an organisation to partner with the Council to manage one of its key cultural/ entertainment and convention venues in its city centre. The City Hall hosts over 500 events annually attracting c275,000 attendees across its three main event spaces. The City Hall plays an important role in hosting a diverse range of events to the residents and visitors of Sheffield.

The Council is seeking to secure a long-term operating partner:

- to run a successful venue for up to 25 years that optimises the deal for the Council;

- on a lease basis if possible, but the Council will consider alternative structures.

- improve the current financial performance of the venue;

- provide a diverse programme of events: and

- enhance the current programme of events and support and grow the Sheffield International Concert season.
