For the avoidance of doubt, these contracting bodies are deemed ‘Customers’ under the Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement, once in place, will be for a period of 4 years, with no option to extend. All assets will be sold as seen. All vehicles are sold without road tax and some may have no current vehicle test certificate.
