Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):
To increase capacity and improve the quality of services under the Council's current Substance Misuse Contact with RDaSH (acting in partnership with Aspire) in accordance with the purpose of the supplemental substance misuse treatment and recovery grant and to fund Aspire Treatment Costs for Rough Sleepers, via a contract variation to the Council's current Substance Misuse Contact with RDaSH (acting in partnership with Aspire) pursuant to the conditions of the Rough Sleeping Drug and Alcohol Treatment Grant from the Office of Health Improvement & Disparities (OHID).
