Caerphilly County Borough Council are seeking suitably qualified contractors to perform works for extensions and structural works including all associated works.
This lot will also be utilised to tender for works in any other Lot from 1-3 should there be issues with contractor availability and will be used at the Council’s discretion.
Should work previously offered in Lots 1-3 be offered in Lot 4, contractors who have already had the opportunity to undertake the Work within their respective Lot will be excluded in this process.
