West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) to establish a Framework Contract of a minimum of four contractors who best meets the requirements to manage and carry out utility diversion works across the West Midlands region for Sprint, Associated & General Projects. The Framework us also open to be used by WMCA, their associated companies and subsidiaries.

The terms and conditions that shall apply to any Contract formed between the WMCA and the successful Bidders are those set out in the Framework Agreement with the Call-Off Contract using the NEC4 Option E Form of Contract.
