contractors for the provision of works under six Lots as follows: Lot 1 - Roofing and

Area); Lot 3b - Void Property Works (South Area); Lot 4 - Environmental/Deep Cleaning
Services; Lot 5 - Major Adaptations Servicing and Repairs. Each will be awarded under a JCT
