two.1.4) Short description

London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham 'LBHF' are procuring a Co-located Independent Domestic Violence Advocacy service to deliver services within the borough's statutory services from the 1st April 2024 onwards.

The contract is for 2 years with a provision for two additional one-year extensions (2+1+1), and has a maximum per annum price of £165,000, with a maximum total contract value of £660,000.

The service will support survivors of domestic abuse who interact with the following statutory services in LBHF: Police and Criminal Justice Agencies, Housing, Children's Social Care. The aim of the service is to both improve safety of survivors, the experience of survivors interacting with these agencies and to improve the response of the agencies themselves.

This will be delivered by:

- Supporting survivors to access various interventions to increase the safety of themselves and/or their family

- Building trust and facilitating better engagement with statutory services through advocacy and support

- Improving the response of professionals involved in supporting survivors through training and professional consultation

The successful tenderer will ensure that IDVAs are physically present at agreed co-location areas 3 days per week in order to deliver the agreed project outcomes.
