The Coal Authority invites you to tender for the provision of implementing and providing ongoing support and maintenance for the replacement project management system from PWA to Project Online.
Specifically the Authority is looking to identify a supplier that is able to achieve the following four outline scopes of requirement:
• Deployment and implementation of the new project and programme management software to replace the Authority's current Microsoft in PWA software. This being Microsoft Project Online.
• Migration of the existing data set under PWA
• To provide initial and then ongoing training and support including any system changes and development throughout the life of the contract
• To provide ongoing service management and maintenance of the replacement system
The opportunity is for an initial 3 year period with an option to extend by a further year.
The scope is detailed within the Replacement Project Management System Specification and associated documents and tenderers are advised to read and consider all aspects of the tender document before preparing your tender submission.
The aim of the documents is to outline the minimum requirements needed by the Authority should your organisation be awarded the contract.
