- Annual Maintenance package - To cover 100 car parking machines across all five Regions. Package covers all parts and labour for call out arising due to failure due to faulty parts or normal wear and tear.
- Initial set up fees – Adding Mi Office to a coin only machine
- Annual Mi Office – FLS to receive Monthly report for each machine.

- Reactive repairs – Any damages that fall outside of the maintenance package is charged at an additional cost.
