Suffolk County Council are currently out to tender for the provision of - Lot 1 - All Age Advocacy Service - The service will be required to offer an integrated advocacy service, meeting all the statutory requirements placed on Suffolk County Council for the provision of advocacy. Lot 2 - Independent Visiting Service - To provide an independent visiting service for eligible children in care.We will contract with a single organisation for each Lot who will act as lead partner/organisation and be accountable to us for the full delivery of the contract, including the services delivered by their partners/sub contractors. This is a Light Touch Regime tender. The deadline date for submissions of the tender is 10th November 2021. Please note late returns will NOT be permitted. The deadline for clarification questions is 27th October 2021 which must be generated via the correspondence option on the website

If the Contracting Authority identifies that the scope of this procurement falls within a business sector which may be attractive to infiltration by organised crime groups, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to include enhanced probity checks / requirements at the award stages of the procurement.Precise information on deadline(s) for review procedures: Suffolk County Council incorporates a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period from the point at which information on the award of contract is communicated to the tenderers. This period allows unsuccessful tenderers to seek further debriefing from the contracting authority before the contract is entered into. If an appeal regarding the award of contract has not been successfully resolved: The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as amended provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or at risk of harm by a breach of the rules, to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland). Any such action must be brought promptly.
