The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.

Site Visit

A site visit is planned to the NLV Pharos on Wednesday 10th November 2021, location to be confirm as part of the evaluation this is a mandatory requirement and no alternative date will be arranged.

All Tenderers attending the site visit should contact Donald Innes, Procurement Officer, via Delta eProcurement at https://www.delta-esourcing.com/ by 14:00hrs on Friday 5th November 2021 to confirm attendance, including names and mobile numbers of the representatives intending to visit site. Specific site visit times and meeting point will be confirmed prior to the site visit by Donald Innes, Procurement Officer. All potential suppliers will be required to complete and return an NLB COVID 19 Questionnaire prior to attending the site visit. The appropriate PPE equipment and COVID-19 guidelines, restriction and social distancing must be adhered to whilst on site.
