The framework will operate a rotational system, with a maximum of 12 contractors being selected to join the framework. The project is funded by the Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG), a capital grant paid from the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) to local authorities in England to adapt older and disabled people’s homes to help them to live independently and safely.
