two.2.4) Description of the procurement

The project aims to streamline and standardise new and replacement SABs across the English Heritage property portfolio by developing a design guide including architectural concept drawings for the four different unit sizes. This design guide will inform the employer's requirements for individual SAB buildings at EH sites.

English Heritage Trust wishes to engage with the market ahead of this opportunity being released in order to inform the tender process and ensure this is representative of the market. Suppliers interested in this opportunity are encouraged to complete our supplier engagement questionnaire which provides all suppliers with the opportunity to provide input into the final tender approach.
