two.2.4) Description of the procurement

NHS South West London Integrated Care Board is seeking to appoint a suitable provider to provide an Education Based School Therapies Service. The aim of the procurement is to set up a

contract to deliver Therapy services to the following four schools; Linden Lodge, Oak Lodge, Garratt Park, and Nightingale, all of which are within the South West London boroughs of Merton

and Wandsworth.

The Contract to be offered to the recommended Bidder at the

end of this Procurement will be for an initial duration of 3 years, which is intended to run from approximately 01 September 2024 (contract start date to be agreed) until approximately 31 August 2027 with the possibility of contract extensions of up to a total of a further 24months (latest possible expiry date 31 August 2029).

As advertised, the anticipated, maximum total contract value (including any potential extensions) is £8,421,915.

The Services to which this Procurement relates fall within the scope of Schedule 1 of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.

2023.

period. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 22 August 2024. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to

award a contract under the competitive process of the PSR.
