two.2.4) Description of the procurement
NHS Norfolk and Waveney Clinical Commissioning Group (the CCG) is re-commissioning an AQP (Any Qualified Provider) arrangement for Age Related Hearing Loss services. Following from an earlier advertisement (2021/S 000-017775) the CCG would like to use the opportunity to further engage with suppliers about the Age Related Hearing Loss Procurement.
The CCG has arranged a market engagement event for Monday 18th October 2021 at 10 to 10.30am. The event will take place online.
The event will provide an opportunity for suppliers to engage with the CCG about the pathway and tariff. To attend this event, please register by email the address in I.1 above prior to midday on 15th October 2021. Places are limited to 2 attendees per supplier.
From 10.30 to 4.30 on 18th October 2021 individual supplier engagement sessions will be available for up to 30 minutes each. The sessions will provide an opportunity for suppliers to discuss the marketplace and tariff levels with us on an individual basis.
The CCG reserves the right to collate and distribute after the event to all suppliers, those non-confidential questions raised and CCG responses provided during the event. The CCG may group questions and responses into common themes, rather than publish each individual question/response.
