The Pill Regeneration project site is located in the heart of Pill, between Commercial Road and Pillgwenlly Primary school. The site is approximately 4.6 hectares and comprises over 250 residences in a combination of flats and houses. We are seeking a Contractor with a proven track record to deliver the highway and external works for our Pillgwenlly (Pill) regeneration project.
