two.1.4) Short description

Suffolk County Council are seeking to commission a provider or providers to deliver psychological support for children and young people practitioners as part of Suffolk’s Integrated Care system and Suffolk Alliance commitment to Mental Health Transformation. The provision will focus on developing practitioners and managers skills and knowledge of psychologically informed strategies and approaches to enhance their ability to identify or manage risks effectively and improve outcomes for families. The provider will support the implementation of the Signs of Safety practice framework and reinforce and sustain approaches as part of Suffolk’s commitment to delivering the THRIVE framework. The provider will deliver a county-based model with a focus in each locality, and ensure effective relationships are built and sustained to support system driven working as the norm. If the Contracting Authority identifies that the scope of this procurement falls within a business sector which may be attractive to infiltration by organised crime groups, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to include enhanced probity checks / requirements at the award stages of the procurement.Precise information on deadline(s) for review procedures: Suffolk County Council incorporates a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period from the point at which information on the award of contract is communicated to the tenderers. This period allows unsuccessful tenderers to seek further debriefing from the contracting authority before the contract is entered into. If an appeal regarding the award of contract has not been successfully resolved: The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as amended provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or at risk of harm by a breach of the rules, to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
