IT Assist requires DELL to provide 12 months support and maintenance for equipment and software to ensure Manufacturer and supplier compliance for the for the complex NI Direct Hosting Environment ensuring continuity of support between handover of the environment from BT to IT Assist and award of the new Cloud Infrastructure Support and Service contract in accordance with Regulation 32 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended).
